Wednesday, February 25th, join us for a full day of “local” ice climbing in East Vail, CO hosted by Vail Ice Guides. We will meet outside of Golden, CO at 6:45am (departing promptly at 7am) to carpool / caravan up to meet our guides at our trailhead. From the trailhead, we’ll hike in and climb until 3pm, before hiking back to the cars (aiming to depart for home by 4pm).

ACCESSIBILITY: This event has very poor accessibility. The approach involves steep slopes and potentially deep snow. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs, but climbing time may be impacted / shortened based on mobility assistance needs and/or conditions.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Given the nature of this program, we ask that you not bring your service animal. Ski traffic can be heavy this time of year, and we could easily be away for 12+ hours. Please make appropriate accommodations for your animal.
